Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was received in a damaged or defective state. Damaged or Defective Goods
Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We require photographic evidence of the damage to assess and process your claim. Upon confirmation, we will issue either a replacement item at no additional cost or a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
